This Chardonnay recalls exotic places and charms thanks to its intensity, freshness and neatness. Thanks to both altitude and temperature excursion, fully develops its fruity aromas. And when the vintage comes, hand-picking the grapes, using crates, we pay attention to preserving the same aromas with a maceration at low temperature. The fermentation takes place in small 225-litre oak barrels where the wine ages six months before bottling.
